1 Credit = 1 Post
What do we consider a Post?
A post is when you list tickets for an event. The credit is per event, not ticket.
Example: You have 5 tickets to opening day for the Steelers. You'll post 5 tickets and only spend 1 credit!
The other companies will charge you 15% of what you sell them for! - Payments

Payments are between the buyer and the seller. Inside your 'My Account' page you can manage your accepted forms of payment.
- Sold... What's next?

You will receive an email informing you that someone just bought one of your ticket(s).
On your 'My Account' Page you will see a notification of what event has just sold.
Under the event you will see many options. One of those options will be view buyer info.
Click that option and you'll see the buyer's info for you to ship the ticket(s).
You agree to ship the tickets within 48 hours, unless it's one day before the event in which you agree to next day air the ticket(s). - Seller Promise (Shipping agreemnt)

Sellers agree to ship tickets within 48 hours of payment and the tickets will be there in time for the event.
If the event is within 24 hours, sellers agree to ship 1-day air.
Please consider this promise at the time you select a price for your ticket(s) - Recieving Payments

The buyer agrees to send payment to one of the seller's accepted payment methods within 24 hours of buying the ticket(s)
- Remove Event?

Go to your account page. Click the 'Active Tickets' Tab. You'll see your event listed, click the remove option.
- Edit Event?

Go to your account page. Click the 'Active Tickets Tab'. You'll see your event listed, click the edit option.
- Disputes?

Disputes are handled between buyer and seller. Members can file a claim against another Member, and we will look into the matter. After 3 offences the users account will go into 'Bad' Status. We encourage users to let us know when a dispute arises. All refunding will come from the seller.
- Feedback

1 day after the initial transaction you will be able to leave feedback. The link to leave feedback will appear in either your 'Sold' or 'Pending' tabs in your account page.
- Can I cancel my order?
-
Once you click submit, you've entered a legally binding contract with the seller. You can contact the seller and see if they would agree to cancel order. You are in contract with the seller, not Huuticket.
