Consumers can change all of their personal account information by going
to the My Account page, mouseover the 'Account' option in the 'My
Account' Navigation page, and select 'Edit Account'

Transactions and Service:

When users buy or sell tickets they will emails throughout the transaction
process. In some cases phone calls may be made to ensure we are
providing the best possible customer service.
Occasionally service announcements will be sent out about the site. i.e.,
downtime, maintenance, upgrades.
Mostly, these forms of communication are not promotional.
Users will receive them as long as the account is open.
