We work purely on a credit system. Once you've ordered a credit package, you will not incur anymore charges. We do not take any addiontal fees when you buy or sell tickets!

Payments are between you and the seller. Before you buy tickets, you will see what forms of payment the seller accepts. After you click 'Buy' you will be see the seller's payment information in your 'My Account' page.

1 day after the initial transaction you will be able to leave feedback. The link to leave feedback will appear in either your 'Sold' or 'Pending' tabs in your account page.

Huuzticket is merely an online ticket service middleman. The actual transaction is between the buyer and the seller. Any dispute will be handled between the buyer and the seller. We do, however, provide a claim system to report users that have violated our rules.

Each transation is different. The amount of tickets will be listed at the time you buy the tickets.

The tickets will come from the seller directly. The seller will ship the tickets to you within 48 of recieving payment. If the even is within 24 hours, the seller will 1 day air the tickets.

Yes. Before you buy the ticket(s) you will agree to our buy agreement.

The Buyer will contact the seller, and request a refund. See above: Refunds

Disputes are handled between buyer and seller. Members can file a claim against another Member, and we will look into the matter. After 3 offences the users account will go into 'Bad' Status. We encourage users to let us know when a dispute arises. All refunding will come from the seller.

Once you click submit, you've entered a legally binding contract with the seller. You can contact the seller and see if they would agree to cancel order. You are in contract with the seller, not Huuticket.
