    • What does pending mean?
    • Pending are tickets that you've bought. They're pending because you're waiting for them to arrive.

      Once they do, you've attended the event verifing that the tickets were indeed what you purchased, please leave the seller some feedback!

    • How do I see how many credits I have left?
    • Once you're logged into your account, up in the top navigation(top righthand corncer) 'Login' will change to your amount of remaining credits.

    • In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Account' and select 'Edit Account'.

    • In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Account' and select 'Edit Notifications'.

    • In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Sold' and select 'View Summary'.
      You'll be able to sort your summary by time.

    • In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Pending' and select 'View Summary'
      You'll be able to sort your summary by time.

    • How can I track active tickets I've posted?
    • Two ways. In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Active'. You can also click the 'Active Tickets' Tab.

    • Can I edit an active ticket?
    • View your active tickets, and you'll see 'Edit Ticket' in the row of the ticket you want to edit.

    • How do I remove a ticket?
    • View your active tickets, and you'll see 'Remove Ticket' in the row of the ticket you want to edit.

    • How do I setup txt msg notifications?
    • In your 'My Account' page, mouseover 'Account' and select 'Edit Notifications'

      In the first section you'll see the option to enable txt msgs. It's very simple.

      We use the phone number you've registered with. If you get a new number you can edit your account and change your number. Since we've got that info, you just click your provider and click enable.

    • How do I logout of my account page?
    • You can click the 'logout' link in the top right corner of the page.

      In you account pages you'll also see a logout link in your 'My Account' navigation.

      Also, your session will timeout after an hour's time. This is a measure we take to ensure the privacy and safety of your account.
